Where are the allotments in Oxford?
The Trap Ground allotments are in north Oxford. They lie between the Oxford Canal and the River Thames, bordering the railway line. They are next to Port Meadow and Burgess Fields so there are excellent views in several directions from all parts of the site.
The allotments are accessible from Aristotle Lane via the railway bridge to Port Meadow. There is a second gate direct from the meadow.
There are now around 120 plots, mainly let as half plots with some whole and quarter plots and half-plots on the site.
Parking is available for plotholders next to Phil and Jim’s Primary School
